The Driftless Region of west central Wisconsin and southeastern Minnesota boasts some of the best road cycling in the Midwest. With the striking beauty, resulting from a lack of glacial drift or material left behind by retreating continental glaciers, the area's deep river valleys and bluffs create challenging and scenic cycling routes.

The La Crosse Area Labor Day Weekend Bicycle Festival is right around the corner. Registration is open and FREE. Registered participants will receive a wristband good for bicycle friendly deals at area downtown businesses as well as local coffee, bike and ice cream shops.

Come join us for a weekend full of cycling and fun family friendly activities. Saturday night for the kids there will be inflatables at Cameron Park and once the sun goes down an outdoor movie as well. On Sunday we will be closing off Pearl Street and have live music from 5-9 pm. All events and rides are free. Join us in celebrating cycling in the driftless region over Labor Day weekend September 1-5 at Cameron Park in downtown La Crosse.
